What is the delivery time?
All the products you have purchased are in stock. Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday – Sunday) will be shipped on Monday. It takes 1 to 3 days for your order to reach you.
The product I received came damaged, what should I do?
Every product you buy from he-po.com is under our warranty. We recommend that you contact us for a new and healthy delivery as soon as possible.
Who pays the shipping fee?

How a handmade HEMP fiber paper is produced?
After the hemp fibers are thoroughly cleaned, they are cut into small pieces with scissors. These pieces are thoroughly washed. The fibers are placed into boiling water in a saucepan with caustic prepared from lime putty and oak ash until they become softer. The duration varies by the characteristics of the fiber. It may take 8 hours. The fibers are left to rot in this water for 21 days. After 21 days, the fibers are transferred to large mortars where they are swingled. As they are swingled, they begin to burst. The time required for this process is not defined. It may take 2-6 hours depending on the characteristics of the fibers. A well-boiled fiber swiftly turns into pulp. The fibers that have become pulp are thoroughly washed and cleaned. The vessel is filled with fresh water. Fibers obtained from hemp fibers are placed into it. They are filtered with a sieve. They are laid on cloths to dry. And wet press and dry press are applied, respectively.
The most suitable printing on handmade paper is letter press. Unique products are obtained by applying letter press, which is also a traditional method, to unique papers.

Our story began with a single seed whose miracle we believed.
Our domestic hemp seeds, which we cultivate using natural methods without using any pesticides, have turned into creative designs in precious hands with time, effort, patience and love.
We first sorted our hemp, which we harvested with the machines we produced, and turned it into fiber, then we obtained fiber and yarn. Our fabrics are woven with these specially produced yarns.

We are aware that we ingest the dyestuff on every product we touch and wear. That’s why our products are only dyed with Natural or Organic dyes.
